We picked them carefully and washed them to get all the dirt off. Then we put grated cheese, parsley and spring onions on top.
Last of all we baked them in the oven and abracadabra...
They looked scrumptious and smelled delicious!
Most of us had a taste and liked them. Mr Dickson loves mushrooms so we shared some with him too.
I think he likes it :)

Yum! Room 2 those mushrooms looked delicious! I think I will try that recipe for our dinner.
ReplyDeleteIt was interesting to watch the mushrooms grow. Drew was able to recall his knowledge of growing mushrooms. We did it last year. Drew told me the mushrooms were yum and he wants Ms Gilmores recipe.
ReplyDeleteThank you Ms Gilmore and room 2 for your yummy recipe. We had four mushrooms left tonight. Drew has been asking for his 'blog mushrooms' so we had one each tonight. They got a big thumbs up from all of us. Drew wants to go out to Te Mata Mushrooms to buy more mushrooms in the weekend, even though he thinks it STINKS!!
